OUR STORY

Ka'Choi was founded in 2018 by foodie couple Agiang and Varun, who were inspired by their love of north-eastern (Indian) food, and really good food in general.

The vision is to bring the exotic and rare tastes and flavors from the North East, and also exotic dishes from home kitchens, to parts of the country to the rest of the world. Additionally Agiang is an amazing baker and has a product line of her own that is quite popular with the masses in Bangalore already.

Their story began when they took over the in-house cafeteria at The Total Football Turf in Kothanur (Bangalore), which sparked a series of trials and errors and then creation of great tasting food.

Ka'Choi is not a Dine-in experience, it is aimed to reach people hundreds and thousands of miles away.
